Never Fall Off

Our weekly calls work like regular fittings for a custom suit. During these sessions, we monitor your progress, resolve any questions, and adjust the plan as necessary. These calls are essential to discuss your accomplishments, address challenges, and ensure the program stays headed in the right direction. It is an opportunity to receive personalized guidance, motivation and make precise adjustments so that every aspect of the program is perfectly suited to your needs.

The Tailor Shop

Correct technique is essential, as is precise stitching in a couture suit. I ask my clients to send videos of their exercises to review and correct their form. I provide detailed feedback and technical adjustments to ensure each movement is performed safely and effectively. This process ensures that your training is safe and efficient, avoiding injuries and maximizing results.

Breaking the Rules

My nutritional approach is like selecting the best fabrics and patterns for an exclusive suit. Instead of imposing restrictive diets, I use a weekly challenge-based approach to eating. I teach my clients how to eat correctly according to their goals, promoting a healthy and sustainable relationship with food. This flexible and adapted method is not only more sustainable, but also encourages long-lasting and effective eating habits.

Roadside Assistance

I provide ongoing, personalized support, similar to having your tailor always available for quick adjustments. My clients have direct access to me via WhatsApp for any questions or needs for additional support. I am available to answer questions, provide motivation, and make quick adjustments when necessary, ensuring you always have the support you need to keep moving forward.

Hall of Fame

Motivation is an essential part of the transformation process, like presenting your achievements on a prestigious catwalk. Clients who achieve their goals have the opportunity to be featured in my "Hall of Fame." As a former model, I advise on how to pose and get the best out of photos.
